OOTB Report in PH4C

Hi Experts,

Reports in PH4C, Can anyone please let me know what are the  OOTB report we can us for generating reports..

For Example:  I went the report of list of active items present in the system as of today..

I tried the below  Go to Item Advance Searchà Query with the below criteria

Primary: Item Status is Active and

Primary: Creation Date before today’s date.

I have got all the active items records Present in the system. I selected all the records and try to generate report. It have moved to generate report page where its asking for report template and output format. This values are null.
