PAY: Costing for Deductions and Arrears

Hello!
we have elements of deduction and arrears and we are using link level costing where costing head is only one earning head e.g, BASIC PAY, so arrears are given from BASIC PAY and deductions are also deducted from BASIC PAY but the requirement is that the arrears and deductions are given and deducted from all the earning heads e.g, BASIC PAY, MEDICAL ALLOWANCE, CONVEYANCE ALLOWANCE etc. Please guide how it can be done?
