While running Journal Import the Ledger Name LOV is Empty

We are in the process of upgrading from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3. We created transactions from subledger and tried to import them into GL. But when attempting to post these imported journals through Import Journals, the Ledger Name LOV is empty. There is no option to select the ledger name.

I also checked the new profile option “GL Ledger ID” and LEDGER_ID is already set at responsibility level.

Please assist.
