Scrirpting a notification message via Siebel tools

Hello All,

I want to develop a notification message via Siebel tools, i.e. a message that will be displayed one time only as a warning for the user, i believe that Siebel provides only an error message via the RaiseErrorText function, what is the script needed to develop a notification message?
