Pre Expiration time percentage amendment

Hello all,

            I am trying to the change the percentage on the PRE_EXPIRE-TIME_PERCENT attribute on the sales agreement header workflow through workflow bulider but the value is greyed out. Looks like something to do with the access level.. Do I need to copy this attribute, insert the new percentage vaue and add it to the flow ?
