When attempting to apply patch "13832132", I got error while "generating product jar files" phase,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Validating the files/directories specified for -areas option
Validating the files/directories specified for -outputSpec option
ERROR: Dependency file /d01/oracle/ECT/apps/apps_st/appl/per/12.0.0/java/make/perjar.dep does not exist
