New Document Type for Oracle Sourcing

Hello,
How do I create a new document type so that it displays in Oracle Sourcing?

Implementing Oracle Sourcing R12 for client. Current delivered document types are  RFI, RFQ, and Auction. Client insists I need to add a document type titled RFP. When I navigate to N: Setup > Purchasing > Document Types and click Create button. It displays the:
  • Document Type
  • Document Subtype
  • Document Name
  • Quotation Class
However, it does not display the fields to allow me to assign in a Document Type Layout and Contract Terms Layout. It also does not show up in Oracle Sourcing. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this?
