Date Time Stamps in SRs are not helpful. Nor are they date-time stamps.

2+ hours ago I can compute. 

2+ months ago is 'September'. Vague but not fatal.

When the heck was '1+ year ago'? Sometime in 2011, surely, but when? January? July? Who knows?

The obfuscation leads one to conclude Oracle is trying to hide 'when' tickets were actually updated.
