Custom Alert Text appearing on top of many Standard and Custom Reports in R12

Hi Oracle experts,

This text, which is tied to some alert, is mysteriously appearing in the output at the top of many AR, GL and AP Standard and Custom Reports in R12.

It is preventing us from running FSG reports and publishing them in Excel, as the system is trying to add this alert's text on top of the FSG reports.

It appears at the top of the Journal Import report also.  It is trying to appear on top of the 'AR to GL Reconciliation Report' also, and hence the report is not viewable.

Any help on why this mysterious text is trying to print on the reports is greatly helpful.
