Dashboard Button in Create Service Request Form

We are recently upgraded to 12.1.3 of Oracle Apps. I am able to see a new button 'DashBoard' in Service Request Form. Do you have any idea on what is this meant for? When i clicked, i am getting an error and application is getting closed
