Move database from one server to another

I have oracle db server oracle 11g r2 installed on microsoft windows server 2003 , I want to move my database from this server to another server with higher configration runs also on microsoft

windows server 2003 , I searched on oracle articls to achieve this task but I didn't find any help, so I later found the note note 61747.1  which talk about Move database from one Windows NT

Server to another using oracle  7.3 to 8.x , how can I apply this note on oracle 11g release 2

any help will be appreciated.
