Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Reversing voucher - Gross and open amounts still remaining

Hi,
In JDE 8.11SP1, user has reversed a voucher.
But, gross amount and open amount are still remaining.
What would be the problem ?
