Transportation Management Integration with EBS 12.1.3

We are engaged in an EBS upgrade assessment with a customer currently using EBS 11.5.10 and OTM 6.2.
EBS will be upgraded to 12.1.3.

Does OTM or the integration between EBS and OTM need to be upgraded?
