Updates on Descriptive Flexfield for Payables but not save value

HiWe are upgrading to R 12.1.3 version, and we have a problem in the payables manager module, in the suppliers. The problem is with some descriptive flexfields, customiza by us. The flexs are in vendor site section, we try to change this values in the application through the flexfields performed, but we apply the changes and these changes don´t appear in the table. And these changes didn´t have problem in the R11 instance, we can check in the table without problem, but in the new instance just these flexs that apply in the table, 'po_vendor_sites_all', don´t modify the table.
