Step by Step Install of Oracle Restart (GI for Standalone) with RDBMS

I am looking for a step by step guide to installing Oracle Grid Infrastructure for Standalone Server (Oracle Restart) and Oracle Database.  The Oracle database data files will be on ASM.  The GI and RDBMS will be on 11.2.0.3.  The OS will be Oracle Linux 5 update 8.  I've found some out there but none that go over GI installation for Oracle Restart, ASM and RDBMS.
