Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Is there any optimal way to defrag / rebuild 24*7 accessible table.

Pls. let me know if there is any optimal way to defrag / rebuild table online. I am aware or shrink command but I never tried that on production.

I am looking for some case that’ been tested on production and over 24*7 accessible table.
