Show report Output automatically in the Webpage

Hi,

I have personalized a form, and given provision to run a concurrent program directly from tool bar.
But to view the output result I need to go to
View ->Request ->Conc Request number -> Then View Output.

So, rather than doing all those things, I just want a click and then it should run the concurrent program and display the result automatically from the newly created tool bar.

Pls suggest me.. how to do?
