Error 2816 : Relink of some AD modules failed.

Dear Oracle Support Community,

In the process of Upgrading E-Business Suite R12.0.x to 12.1.1, while applying R12.AD.B.1 Patch 7461070 - AD Minipack (Required) relink for the following modules fails:
- Relink of module "adadmin.exe" failed.
- Relink of module "adaimgr.exe" failed.
- Relink of module "adctrl.exe" failed.
- Relink of module "adsplice.exe" failed.
