Database Merger from multiple instances to Single Instance

Hi All;

i need your expert guide as i always have from you ppl. actualy we have multiple instances that are running in same box under same Oracle RDBMS Binary (10gR2/10.2.0.4). we decided to merg these instances into one single instance in same box.  can any one guide me how i can perform this consolidation. what my be the best practice to do this activity taking care of down time.

pl. note that OS is RHEL5.2 64bit.
