invoking method of Search Client Service from a command

In this post I've got two questions to ask.
my first question is about invoking business Service Browser Script through a Command.
We use a Genesys solution for our call center application. When we receive phone call from unknown number.
A commande is thrown.
This commande invoke a first business service that invoke the siebel business service "Search Client Service" in order to display the binocular.
It's important to note that all the e-script is in the browser script of the business service !
for the command, it's a parameter in the application : "@InvokeSWECommand" with the name of the command.
