Notifiaction Control in BPA

 Hi Experts, hope you all ok , I just wanted to know about the notification control at the BPA level .....!!
i want to creat the agreement with the supplier for 6 month and after that the agreement Expire ...
I want the Agreement also describe the minimun release quantity at a time ???

Kindly suggest me the specific note so that i work accordingly with it ..!!
