After Upgrade from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3 getting error - 'This function of Student Systems is not acces

Hi,

We are working on an upgrade project from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3.

After upgrade when try to open a form IGSPE034 - Person Details, getting error - 'APP-IGS-276865 'This function of Student Systems is not accessible in Release 12'.

Can you please help me with this issue?
