RMAN doesn't restore the last available Backup

Hello,
Trying to restore the last backup available from a Production DB to DRS DB Server(Disaster Recover) and restore an old 3 weeks ago backup. I tried to force the by restore database until time but it does the same, takes the same old backup that is not available on Netbackup tape library.

I also tried to restore the controlfiles from yesterdays backup and works fine then restore database but it took the same old 3 weeks backup. Also
tried to restore database until time (yesterday) but it takes the same old backup.

Any suggestions?
