Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi OracleSupport,

Please could you explain me the how Select statement works when i performed any left or right outer join ?

Note:I am expecting detail steps including background process as well.
