PAY: Deduction Clear Arrears Function

I need to change the Clear Arrears input value for an employee's deduction to YES for one pay period.  Is there any way that the system can automatically revert back to the default value of "NO" for the next and future payrolls?

We actually have a long list of employees this will apply to. Don't want to manually go into each person's element entries (we are on 12.1.3 RUP 5)
