Need to know what objects have been modified or reset........

We are in the process in trying to identify what the previous JDE implementation team did when this company upgraded from Xe to 9.0. There were some mods and other types of in house changes made to the Xe apps, and they got all somehow moved to the 9.0 upgrade, then to add insult to injury more mods were made to those apps whe they didn't respond as well or didn't work.  We could do it manually, but the process may take too long and we need some sort of report quick.  I ran the R9840D but I don't think it's telling me
