Planning Diagnostics - Failure Reason/Solution

Hi OTM Community,Has anyone implemented the Planning Diagnostics feature by capturing the seeded Failure Reasons and logging custom solution codes for these failure reasons?
If so, could you please share how you did it?

I have been able to get the Diagnostics to appear but solution message which i have written for a failure reason is not appearing in it.
