How to schedule the Party Merge?

For Business reason, our client is doing lots of customer merge. We are creating the Merge Request, doing the mapping & submitting. On submission, there is no way to schedule the merge. How we can achieve this ? There are lots of merges done by business, and some of them are quite big, which we don't want to do during business hours. Please let us know if someone has faced similar issue & has the resolution.

I know that there are Batchs which is suggested by Oracle. These can be scheduled. But, our merge is for business reason and not driven by similarity. so, this will not work.
