User Restrictions

Are there user level restrictions for viewing data? We have a responsibility called "Finance Manager" assigned to a couple of users. One of the menus they are able to use is the AP Invoice Inquiry. For everyone but one user, the invoice inquiry works fine. The user that has the issue will enter in a supplier and a time-frame, and the results will not be returned. Someone else using the same responsibilty and parameters, will get results of the inquiry.

I've checked the user's profile setups, and they look fine.  Anyone have any ideas?
