AP_ACCTG_DATA_FIX_PKG Package Body Invalid after applying GDF

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
After applying patch GDF 13989335, the above package is invalid. This is clearly due to the fact that the package body apgdfalb.pls contained within the patch is corrupted.
If you view this file within the patch, you can visibly see a problem with it.
