Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Teleservice - EBS (MOSC)

MFS wireless ( integrated with 11i ) issue with Android devices

I have 2 Android phones.

A) 1 with Android 2.3.5 and the following browsers: standard Android browser, Firefox and Opera Mini

1 with Android 4.0.3 and the following browsers: standard Android browser, Chrome and Opera Mini

I’ve tested on both phones whether I get the logon screen for MFS wireless or not. These are the results:

A) I don’t get the logon screen on Android 2.3.5 using Opera Mini and Firefox

I don’t get it on Android 4.0.3 using Chrome and Opera Mini

C) I get the logon screen on both phones only when using the Standard Android browser.

Let me know what devices and browsers are supported.
