Listener_networks and Remote_listener

Hi Gurus,
I am very disappointed to see that Oracle Support is not answering my questions up to my expectation and that is the reason why I am requesting your help here:

I have a production 11.2.0.3 RAC set up with Data guard on Linux RHEL5. Primary is running on 3 node RAC and its physical standby is running on 2 node RAC. I have two networks one is used by the scan listener and the second one is configured for the Data guard listener. I have set the listener_networks parameter but I have not set the remote_listener parameter.
