Impact of FIFO costing on inter-org transfers

 We are planning to move from one inventory org to  two inventory organizations and both are FIFO cost type.  What is the impact of FIFO on inter org transfers that are initiated using internal orders.

The items will have one layer cost when received in Org A based on PO price.  When transferred to Org B, will it get cost based on earliest Layered Cost or current layered cost. Does this not created a cost variance for same part between the two inventory organizations ?
