Suggestion for the Max Clients per handler in the psappsrv.cfg file

The question recently came up that the OnDemand group wants to raise the Max clients per handler for the Jolt Handlers rather than adding more JSH's which would cause them to need to open ports on the firewall.  I have seen them lowered to 20 clients per handler form the default of =40 but never raising them.  This would require Tuxedo resource knowledge.
