Patch#10273104 - Oracle Application Object Library: 11.5.10.2 - Forms not compiled after applying th

Hi Team,
We have applied the Patch#10273104 in ERPPGJB1 instance and after applying the patches , the below forms are not generated successfully and we tried to compile manully but got the errors.

au      resource        OEXOECFG.pll
au      resource        OEXOEFRM.pll

And below form also not generated successfully while applying language patch.

wsh     forms/FRC       WSHFRREL.fmx

And below objects are got INVALID.
