Database Backup and Recovery (MOSC)

obtool not starting with error this host's identity and membership....

Hi All,
I have installed Oracle Secure Backup 10.4 on a test machine with Tape Drive attached with it. I have installed osb with media server option because this tape drive will be attached with this single server only. After installation, I immediately ran obtool command but it fails with error:

obtool: Error: this host's identity and membership within a Oracle Secure Backup
obtool:        administrative domain have not yet been established

Operating System: RHEL 5
Oracle Database: 11gR2 11.2.0.2.0

Any help is appreciated.
