BNE Error

Hi Guys, Are you familiar wtih this error: The following error has occurred Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneFatalException Cause: : -2147417848 - Action: A runtime error encountered in the Viewer. Please have your system administrator view the bne.log file. Log File Bookmark: 451726 It is happenning when we try to create a new template based on an FSG Report. I just checked the log file and it is showing the following messages: 11/28/12 10:10 PM AJPRequestHandler-HTTPThreadGroup-9 ERROR          BneUIXUtils.createErrorPage() Page: Page[name=] 11/28/12 10:10 PM AJPRequestHandler-HTTPThreadGroup-9 ERROR          BneUIXUtils.createErrorPage() Event: PageEvent[name=null,bne:errorcause=: -2147417848 - ,bne:errordescription=,bne:redirect-portal=http:/  /host.domain:8000/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=OAHOMEPAGE,bne:action=error,bne:erroraction=  runtime  error encountered in the Viewer.  Please have your system
