Do we have to use Vertex Quantum / GeoCoder or any other third-party software to calculate tax for E

Hi there, according to my understanding of Oracle official implementation documents for E1 9.1 HCM including payroll, Vertex Quantum / GeoCoder only applies to clients in US and Canada. But I am not sure whether we have to use one of them or another third-party software to calculate tax for E1 9.1 Payroll system in Australia context. Can anyone with expeience in implementing Australia specific E1 Payroll module give me a definite answer? Thanks in advance. The reson I ask this is that I think I did all the tax-related setup according to e15126-Australia & New Zealand Payroll Implementation Guide
