Item stuck with Shipped status in Shipping Transactions, but closed in Sales order

Hi,

Sales Order line for a particular item is closed. But Shipping transaction screen shows Line Status as Shipped with next step Run Interfaces. The associated delivery and trip status is closed but it is still available in the LOV of Interface Trip Stop, but unable to process it successfully and it is getting completed with warning.

Please advise.
