Dear Experts,

Thanks to this great community web site we are seeking your precious opinion with regards to the vanilla ProductConfigurator web service.

We are going to introduce the ProductConfigurator web service in our system in order to allow to external applications to use the eCfg API. We are using SIA 8.1.1.5 [21229]. Please share with us your inputs on the following questions/concerns we have:

1. Our investingation shows that product constraint rules are evaluated during the UpdateConfiguration calls based on the current Order Line Item structure/selections and explanation message for the violation is also provided back to the web service caller. Can you please confirm that?
