Asset Impairment Functionality in 12.1.3 for Banking Industry

Hi

We are implementing 12.1.3 for a foreign bank.  Since the customer follows IFRS, they would like to have asset impairment fucntionality.  Will 12.1.3 support Asset Impairment.  If yes, does it require any patch to be applied, as I could not see menu for Cash Generating Unit etc.

What is the process get the Asset impairment functionality.
