F4941 Pieces Count is Not Correct based on F4943 data

We have recently install E9.1, upgrading from 8.11sp1 and are having issues with the F4941.RSNPCS (pieces) field.  Typically, when the F4943 (shipment pieces) table is populated, the F4941 shipment records are updated with the number of pieces found in F4943.  We're finding that something is causing the Pieces Field (NPCS) to get "reset" thus making the piece count in the F4941 not match the total pieces found in the F4943.  Has anyone experienced "piece count" issues in E9.1.  We are still testing and are not live yet.  thanks is advance.
