Depot Repair - Not able to change org within the repair order

Understood that from note (1239173.1) that there is a way to change the org (to something other than what is listed in the profile option) prior to creating the repair order. However is there a way to change the org when already in the repair order? We have the need to create mulitple repair jobs for different orgs.  Right now even if I select the change org option from the responsibility menu - the org does not change for the repair job - it stays at whatever org was selected when the repair order is first created. It seems like the
