CWB: Option can only be allocated by administrators

Hi,

I'm looking at a requirement to only allow those users with the compensation workbench administrator responsibility to allocate an option in a worksheet.  While users with the compensation workbench manager responsibility are not allowed to allocate the same option.

Has anyone ever implemented this before?

Also, if the above is possible, can we restrict who can allocate an option based on their grade level?
