Oracle DMU memory crashed

Hi Gurus,

I have problem recently with my DMU. Everytime i ran DMU to convert the character set the DMU always crashed. Error message said JavaLang, out of memory. Any advice what is actually happened and how to fix this issue ?

The environment that we are using is :

OS : Linux Red Hat 5.2 running on the VM

OS memory : 16gb

Database SGA i set to : 4gb

Database PGA            : 1gb

DMU Max JVM Memory  : 2gb

DMU Min JVM Memory   : 1gb

The error happened when i run the scaned, i set the memory buffer for scanning : 1gb with 4 worker.

I really lost does not know why its keep crashed. Thanks in advance for all the advice.
