Cannot export pricing information in Pricing Center

Hi,
Any thought to share on what might go wrong on this export issue? 


Using Pricing Center 7.4PS8 with BRM 74PS13
Java VM Version 1.5.0_09-b03

Click File->New
Insert->Product
Create and configure new product
Click File->Export->Real Time Data

Pricing Center Application closes with no message

note: This worked for a few weeks after the computer was set up then stopped working.
