R12 upgrade stuck due to FNDLOAD| FNDLOAD taking lot of time in Oracle EBS upgrade 12.1.1 (u6678700

The issue is with all the workers for FNDLOAD. Whenever any worker doing FNDLOAD, it becomes very slow.
FNDLOAD taking lot of time in Oracle EBS upgrade 12.1.1 (u6678700.drv)  -----------------------------------------------------------------There is no high CPU utilization and memory consumption as specified earlier as well.

Also i have restarted the patch more 3 times .. so i have given u6678700_fX.log where X is the number of times i have restarted the patch.
Database bounce has been many times.

There is no resource crunch on server.

we have already done 3 iterations and out plan of action is of no error.

But this issue is new for us.
