One Invoice is not coming in Aging Report

Dear Gurus,

Kindly help me in this issue

One of the the Invoice is not showing in Aging Report. In this invoice item cost is zero and india Localization tax is 226.56. User tried to paid this invoice with other invoice and paid zero for this invoice. In the AP Trial Balance, the same invoice is showing as fully paid and Remaining balance is showing as 226.56.

But this invoice is not showing  in the Aging Report.

What may be the reason for this.
