If EM integrated with Ops Center, can EM send "trap" to 3rd party Helpdesk application for HW layer

Hello,

My customer is using HP OV for system monitoring. Now the question is if integrated Ops Center into EM, can EM send "trap" to HP OV for HW issue? Please advise.
