How system allows to perform ACCEPT transaction more than once for the same receipt ?

Hi,

How system (Oracle EBS 12.0.4) allows to perform ACCEPT transaction more than once for the same receipt ? Based on the screen-shot attached, receipt 3045763 has 1 receive transaction and 4 accept transaction. If we want to deliver this receipt, do we need correct the excess 3 accept transactions ?
